  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent.

  4. Add the cauliflower and vegetable broth, and bring to a boil.
