Mac and Cheese Meatloaf Casserole

A delicious mac and cheese meatloaf casserole that combines the savory flavors of turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 1 pound macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cheese, milk, onion, eggs, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add your favorite hot sauce.
  • You can substitute the turkey bacon with regular bacon if desired.
