- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1 cup shredded turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and pierce the russet potatoes with a fork, then bake for about 45 minutes or until tender.
- While the potatoes are baking, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté the diced chicken ham until heated through.
- Once the potatoes are done, allow them to cool slightly, then slice them open and fluff the insides with a fork.
- Top the potatoes with the cooked turkey bacon, chicken ham, shredded cheese, sour cream, and chopped green onions.
