  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and dry the potatoes, then poke holes in them with a fork.
  3. Rub the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake the potatoes for 45-60 minutes until tender.
  5. Once cooked, let the potatoes cool slightly, then cut them open and fluff the insides with a fork.
  6. Top the potatoes with chopped turkey bacon, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and green onions.
