2 pounds ground turkey
1 cup mashed potatoes
1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup green onions, sliced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 large eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, mashed potatoes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Add the eggs and breadcrumbs. Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
Bake for 1 hour, or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a spicier version, add chopped jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce.
Serve with your favorite sides such as green beans or a fresh salad.
