Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Chop the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Steam the cauliflower until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Add the steamed cauliflower to the mixture and fold in cheese and green onions.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
