Juicy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaf

A flavorful and moist chicken meatloaf infused with garlic and parmesan, complemented by the savory taste of turkey bacon.

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, onion powder, black pepper, salt, eggs, and diced turkey bacon.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until cooked through and juices run clear.
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add Italian seasoning to the meatloaf mixture.
