1 pound ground chicken
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
4 slices turkey bacon, diced
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, onion powder, black pepper, salt, eggs, and diced turkey bacon.
Mix until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until cooked through and juices run clear.
Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add Italian seasoning to the meatloaf mixture.
