Juicy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaf

A delicious and moist chicken meatloaf with a twist of garlic and parmesan, wrapped in turkey bacon.

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 8 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into a loaf shape on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Wrap the loaf with turkey bacon, securing with toothpicks if needed.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Notes

  • Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
