- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- Wrap the turkey bacon around the meatloaf, tucking the ends under the loaf.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
