Juicy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaf

Deliciously moist meatloaf made with chicken, garlic, and parmesan, wrapped in turkey bacon for added delight.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  4. Wrap the turkey bacon around the meatloaf, tucking the ends under the loaf.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For extra moisture, add a tablespoon of olive oil to the mixture.
  • Serve with a side of mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables.
