2 cups cottage cheese
1 cup chopped spinach
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 bell pepper, diced
1 zucchini, shredded
2 eggs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, spinach, tomatoes, bell pepper, zucchini, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
