- 1 pound ground turkey
 
- 1 cup jasmine rice
 
- 2 cups chicken broth
 
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
 
- 1 onion, diced
 
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
 
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
 
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
 
- 1 teaspoon salt
 
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
