1 pound ground beef
1 onion, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
4 hoagie rolls
8 slices provolone cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and bell peppers, and sauté until softened.
Add ground beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through.
Split the hoagie rolls and fill each with the beef mixture. Top with provolone cheese.
Broil in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot and enjoy!
