Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in the rice, beef broth, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes or until the rice is cooked and has absorbed the liquid.
  5. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork before serving.
