Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until bubbly.
  2. Add flour, salt, garlic, rosemary, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Punch down the dough and divide into muffin tins.
  7. Let muffins rise for 20 minutes then bake for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Cool on a wire rack and serve.
