  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  4. Fold in the mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
  7. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
