Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that combines tender steak bites with crispy potatoes, all coated in a rich garlic butter sauce.

  • 1 pound steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the halved baby potatoes in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes until tender.
  3. Drain the potatoes and add them to a baking sheet.
  4. In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat and add the steak bites. Season with salt and pepper and cook until browned.
  5. Remove the steak and add the remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Combine the steak and garlic butter with the potatoes on the baking sheet, then roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the steak bites in your favorite seasoning for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
  • You can also add vegetables like bell peppers or onions to the dish.
