- 1 pound steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the halved baby potatoes in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes until tender.
- Drain the potatoes and add them to a baking sheet.
- In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat and add the steak bites. Season with salt and pepper and cook until browned.
- Remove the steak and add the remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Combine the steak and garlic butter with the potatoes on the baking sheet, then roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
