  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, dissolve sugar and yeast in warm water, let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, parsley, and pepper.
  3. Add melted butter and the yeast mixture to the flour, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-10 minutes.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
  6. Punch down the risen dough and shape it into small rolls.
  7. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and let rise again for 30 minutes.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. While rolls are baking, mix melted butter with minced garlic.
  10. Brush the garlic butter over the warm rolls before serving.
