  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 cup vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the pudding mix, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until well blended.
  6. Fold in the Fruity Pebbles and chocolate chips.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto lined baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  9. Let cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • For a more intense fruity flavor, you can add additional Fruity Pebbles on top of the cookies before baking.
  • These cookies can be frozen for up to three months.
