- 1 head cabbage, chopped
- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, fresh or frozen
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups Fritos corn chips
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the chicken ham and cook until heated through.
- Add chopped cabbage to the skillet and sauté until tender.
- Stir in black beans, corn, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper; cook until heated.
- Serve in bowls topped with Fritos and crispy turkey bacon.
