  • 2 cups onions, sliced

  • 1 cup French onion soup
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a large Dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the chuck roast until browned on all sides.
  3. Remove the roast and sauté onions and garlic in the remaining oil until softened.
  4. Add the beef broth, French onion soup, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
