  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and eggs; mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in the blueberries, honey, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
