A delicious and easy fall-inspired bruschetta recipe featuring turkey bacon and fresh toppings that bring the flavors of the season to your table.

  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, basil, minced garlic, and half of the balsamic glaze.
  4. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and top with the tomato mixture and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Sprinkle the cooked turkey bacon over the top.
  6. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Drizzle with remaining balsamic glaze before serving.

Notes

  • This bruschetta can be served warm or at room temperature.
  • For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes to the tomato mixture.
