Dump-and-Bake Chicken Tzatziki Casserole

A delicious and easy dump-and-bake casserole that features juicy chicken and a refreshing tzatziki sauce.

  • 1 pound chicken breasts
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, cooked rice, tzatziki sauce, diced cucumbers, and half of the shredded cheese.
  3. Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and onion powder.
  5. Top with the remaining shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
