  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Boil potatoes until tender, then drain.
  3. In a bowl, mash the potatoes with butter and heavy cream until smooth.
  4. Fold in turkey bacon, chicken ham, and seasonings.
  5. Mix in egg yolks thoroughly.
