  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chopped eggs, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and green onions to the bowl.
  4. Fold in the cooled macaroni until well combined.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
