Deviled Egg Macaroni Salad

A delightful twist on traditional macaroni salad featuring deviled eggs, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and let cool.
  2. Hard boil the eggs, then peel and chop them.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy; chop into pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the macaroni, chopped eggs, turkey bacon, chicken ham, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, green onions, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • This salad can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
  • Substitute bacon with a vegetarian option if desired.
