- 4 large eggs
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and let cool.
- Hard boil the eggs, then peel and chop them.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy; chop into pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the macaroni, chopped eggs, turkey bacon, chicken ham, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, green onions, paprika, salt, and pepper.
