- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- Cook penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil, onion, and garlic; sauté until onion is translucent.
- Add chicken ham and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Cajun seasoning; mix well.
- Add the cooked penne pasta and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and the crispy turkey bacon.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add more Cajun seasoning.
