Delicious Breakfast Enchiladas

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 8 flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Stir in the cheese, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.
  3. Spoon some of the egg mixture into each tortilla and roll them up.
  4. Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down in a baking dish.
  5. Pour any remaining egg mixture over the top and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with additional cheese if desired.
