  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • 1 cup broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. Cut the beef flank steak into thin strips.
  2. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Add the beef to the mixture and stir to coat.
  4. Transfer to the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  5. Add broccoli and green onions about 30 minutes before serving.
