Crock Pot Creamy Chicken Parmesan Soup

A comforting and creamy chicken parmesan soup made effortlessly in your crock pot.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups chopped spinach
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and add the garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  4. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, spinach, and diced tomatoes.
  5. Stir well and continue cooking until heated through.
  6. Shred the chicken with two forks before serving.

Notes

  • For a thicker soup, you can add some cornstarch mixed with water in the last 30 minutes.
  • This soup pairs wonderfully with crusty bread.
