A delightful twist on traditional gnocchi, featuring crispy textures and savory turkey bacon for a comfort food experience.

  • 1 pound gnocchi
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and gnocchi, sauté until golden brown.
  4. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  5. Stir in the chopped bacon and parsley before serving.

Notes
