Crispy Gnocchi

A delightful dish featuring crispy gnocchi combined with turkey bacon and fresh spinach, perfect for a satisfying dinner.

  • 1 pound gnocchi
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove bacon and set aside, then add gnocchi to the same skillet.
  4. Cook gnocchi until golden brown and crispy, about 5-10 minutes.
  5. Add garlic and spinach, stirring until spinach wilts.
  6. Return bacon to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and toss everything together.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes.
  • Can substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon if desired.
