Crispy Dill Pickle Parmesan Chicken

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Marinate the chicken in dill pickle juice for at least 1 hour.
  3. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
