Creamy Winter Vegetable Casserole

A creamy and nourishing casserole filled with seasonal vegetables.

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup diced potatoes
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the chopped vegetables.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the cream, shredded cheese, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the cream mixture over the vegetables and mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and bake for 30-40 minutes until the top is golden brown.

Notes

  • Feel free to substitute your favorite winter vegetables.
  • Adding breadcrumbs on top can create a nice crunch.
