- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine all the chopped vegetables.
