  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, diced turkey bacon, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and parsley. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
  5. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream and chicken broth, bringing to a simmer.
  6. Add chopped spinach and let it wilt.
  7. Once the meatballs are done, add them to the sauce and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with extra parsley if desired.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the meatball mixture.
