  • 2 cups fresh corn kernels
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, corn, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and crumbled bacon.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
