- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 10 ounces diced tomatoes with green chilies (Rotel)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy; remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and diced chicken ham; sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Add Rotel tomatoes, garlic powder, and onion powder; stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream; let simmer.
- Mix in the cooked pasta and shredded cheddar cheese; stir until cheese melts and everything is combined.
- Top with crumbled turkey bacon before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, use hot Rotel.
- Can substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon if preferred.
