Creamy Rotel Pasta

A delicious and creamy pasta dish made with Rotel, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 10 ounces diced tomatoes with green chilies (Rotel)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy; remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and diced chicken ham; sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add Rotel tomatoes, garlic powder, and onion powder; stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream; let simmer.
  6. Mix in the cooked pasta and shredded cheddar cheese; stir until cheese melts and everything is combined.
  7. Top with crumbled turkey bacon before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, use hot Rotel.
  • Can substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon if preferred.
