  • 1 head garlic
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wrap the garlic head in aluminum foil and roast for 30-35 minutes until tender.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  4. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, salt, pepper, and roasted garlic, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese and chopped turkey bacon.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with parsley before serving.
