  • 1 head garlic
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 8 ounces chicken ham
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wrap the garlic head in aluminum foil and roast for 30-35 minutes until soft.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  4. In the same skillet, add olive oil and chicken ham, cooking until heated through.
  5. Extract roasted garlic from the head and mash it into a paste.
  6. Add heavy cream and mashed garlic to the skillet, stirring to combine.
  7. Mix in the chopped turkey bacon, salt, pepper, and thyme; simmer for a few minutes.
