  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Form into small meatballs.
  2. In a large pot, heat beef broth and diced tomatoes over medium heat.
  3. Gently add the meatballs to the pot and let simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and peas, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
