  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 2 pounds beef chuck, cut into cubes
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add the beef cubes to the pot and brown on all sides.
  3. Add onions and garlic to the pot and sauté until translucent.
  4. Stir in beef broth, paprika, and caraway seeds. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours, or until meat is tender.
  6. In a small bowl, mix sour cream with flour. Stir into the pot and cook until thickened.
  7. Return bacon to the pot and heat through.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
