Cowboy Casserole is a hearty dish combining the smoky flavors of turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups frozen vegetables
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground turkey and turkey bacon until browned.
  3. Add chicken ham and frozen vegetables, cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
