Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, cumin, chili powder, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the fish fillets with the spice mixture.
  4. Place the fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
