- 1 prime rib roast
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup beef broth
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, and olive oil to create a paste.
