  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch to create the marinade. Add the beef and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the marinated beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
  4. Add the broccoli and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender.
