  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked wild rice, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chicken broth.
  3. Add frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
