  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 can refrigerated pie crusts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  5. Unroll the pie crusts and cover the casserole filling with one crust, sealing the edges.
  6. Cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
