- 1 pound chicken thighs, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, green onion, black pepper, and gochujang.
