  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, green onion, black pepper, and gochujang.
  2. Add the sliced chicken and mix well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, until cooked through.
  5. Serve hot with rice and vegetables.

Notes
