  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, cook the diced chicken over medium heat until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the broccoli florets and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chicken, broccoli, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some cooked bacon bits.
  • This dish can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
