- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut the baby potatoes in half.
- In a bowl, mix the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the coated potatoes to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle ranch dressing over the potatoes.
