Cheesy Ranch Potatoes

Deliciously cheesy ranch potatoes topped with crispy turkey bacon, perfect for a comforting meal.

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and cut the baby potatoes in half.
  3. In a bowl, mix the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the coated potatoes to a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and drizzle ranch dressing over the potatoes.
  7. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled turkey bacon.
  8. Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  9. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add jalapeños or red pepper flakes.
  • You can substitute regular bacon for turkey bacon if preferred.
